Trying different ways to optimise life health and happiness by eating real food and bulding strength. I used to have migraines every fortnight that would put me out for days. I ate a lot of sugar in it's classic sweet form and in its filling bread/pasta form. I was always tired and weak but never overweight- so I never questioned my diet. Until someone else did. Now I barely ever get migraines, I am strong and getting stronger. I am more active than I have ever been.

Day -1 20th April

Day -1 Non Paleo: Eating all the ghosts

Meals:

Breakfast: 1 poached egg (omega 3 free range) with wilted spinach

Snack: 7 ginger nut biscuits

Lunch: two chicken legs (unhappy chicken) marinated in ketchup, BBQ and chili sauce.

Snack: Hot cross bun

Dinner: Spinach Cannelloni (tomatoes, onion, garlic, aubergine, courgette, fresh pasta sheets, peanut oil, ricotta, spinach)
Ice cream (Neapolitan)

Snack: Cup of tea (milk two sugars) and three ginger nut biscuits

Drinks: 3 1/2 glasses of water and half a bottle at training = just under a litre of water

Reactions
Pretty lazy day, not much done. Soccer training made me feel better. However, got a stomach cramp half way through and a headache afterwards. 
Skin: Dark shadows and acne round my mouth
Headache: Yes (4/10)
Sinus: Blocked nose and swallowing
Tummy: Sharp pains intermittent (4/10)
