Easter treat: 3 gluten free, dairy free chocolate mint biscuits.
Breakfast: Blueberry and coconut pancakes with strawberries (coconut flour, coconut milk, eggs, cinnamon, water, blueberries and strawberries.
Lunch: Left over stir fry. Coconut milk/water drink.
Snack: Cauliflower dip (cauliflower, extra virgin olive oil, butter, paprika, garlic) with raw carrot and celery
Dinner: Roast chicken (using bacon fat and thyme), roast potato, parsnip, carrots and broccoli.
Felt good today, woke up energised, I had barely moved during my sleep (sheets still tucked in). Chores done, shopping and cooked some yummy paleo food. Ulcer is still bothering me.
Skin: Looking clearer, pink and blotchy in some areas, spots around mouth clearing. Dark circles slightly better.
Sinus: A little blocked, alternating sides
Tummy: Feeling great- never too full and no hunger
