Breakfast: rice porridge (1/4 cup cooked white rice, coconut milk, cinnamon, sultanas, strawberries)
Lunch: Left over roast
Snack: Pineapple pieces, homemade crackers (sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and water) with a horrible dip I made (avocado, tomato, paprika, lemon juice, garlic, and a touch of mayo).
Pub: one schooner of apple cider and one schooner of pear cider.
Dinner: Lamb stew (Lamb, homemade lamb stock, garlic, onion, tinned tomato, carrot, swede, sweet potato, rosemary, bay leaf, flax seed)
Smoothie (frozen berries- raspberry and blueberry, coconut milk, water)
I had a paperwork day- but managed to keep going despite the boring tasks, met with friends for drinks, came home and was surprisingly energetic for 'after a few drinks'. Finished off the stock and made a stew instead of going out for dinner!
Skin: pretty clear. A little red and blotchy around my chin.
Headache: none, a few twinges.
Sinus: still snuffly and swallowing
Tummy: Awesome, even after a few drinks.
Drinks: 2 litres of water and some green tea
