Snacks: Cashews and sunflowers seeds. Cauliflower dip with raw carrots
Lunch: Left over stew
Dinner: Pumpkin soup (pumpkin, sweet potato, water, parsley, cumin, garlic), coconut muffin (coconut flour, coconut milk, sultanas, cashews, flax seed, eggs, coconut oil) Smoothie (coconut milk, frozen berries, ice)
Water: 1 litre
Low on energy today, had an afternoon nap.
Skin: Some new spots :-( blotchy.
Headache: Yes- hit in the afternoon 5/10
Sinus: Snuffly, blocked on side of headache
Tummy: All good.
