Breakfast: ice pack to my head- no food
Snacks: Celery sticks
Lunch: Apple, coconut muffin, and a sip of pumpkin soup
Dinner: Shepherds Pie (grass fed lamb mince, lamb stock- homemade, tinned tom, flax seed, carrot, peas, cauliflower, garlic, rosemary, thyme, top- cauliflower, sweet potato and butter.)
Water: 1 litre
Migraine all day- did nothing but lay in bed/sofa with rotating ice packs.
Headache: Yes- all day and night 8/10
Sinus: Blocked on side of headache.
Tummy: No appetite
