Day 13- Paleo: Meatballs!
Breakfast: Rice porridge and strawberries
Snacks: cucumber, celery, and guac dip. Pear.
Lunch: Left over Chicken casserole
Dinner: Spanish Meatballs (Lamb mince, chili, tomatoes, tinned toms, tom puree, capsicum, zuchini noodles)
Water: 2 litres
Realxation tape after work, then to soccer. Had a really consistent energy level
Skin: 1 new spot!
Sinus: Only a Little snuffly
Tummy: All good
