Day 14- Paleo: Breakfast Time
Breakfast: Veggie Hash (Spinach, broccoli. purple sweet potato, coconut oil) and poached eggs
Snacks: cucumber, celery, and pear.
Lunch: Left over Spanish Meatballs
Dinner: Curried Chicken Salad (whole chicken shredded, avocado, red capsicum, celery, onion, curry powder, letuce leaves)
Water: 1 litres
Good level of energy, got ALOT done in the afternoon. Managed to do chores, socialise and get to bed by a decent hour!
Skin: Same, one spot
Sinus: Only a Little snuffly
Tummy: All good
