Trying different ways to optimise life health and happiness by eating real food and bulding strength. I used to have migraines every fortnight that would put me out for days. I ate a lot of sugar in it's classic sweet form and in its filling bread/pasta form. I was always tired and weak but never overweight- so I never questioned my diet. Until someone else did. Now I barely ever get migraines, I am strong and getting stronger. I am more active than I have ever been.

Day 19: 10 May 2011

Day 19- Paleo: too much bacon

Breakfast: Bacon, poached egg, veggie hash brown (broccoli, spinach, green beans, coconut flour, sweet potato)

Snacks: Pear and raw carrot, celery and cucumber with spinach dip

Lunch: Left over beef stir fry

Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognaise (cauliflower rice, grass fed beef mince, tinned toms, mushrooms, peas, oregano, onion, garlic). Square of dark chocolate.

Water: 2 litres

Not as much energy today at the end of the day- quite tired and fell asleep earlier than usual.
Skin: Starting to clear u
Headache: Nope
Sinus: Dry and tickly
Tummy:A little sore after dinner... hope it is not the chocolate!
