Day 20- Paleo: Powered up!
Breakfast: Rice Porridge (1/4 cup rice, coconut milk, sultanas, strawberries, scoop of whey)
Lunch: Left over spag bol
Dinner: Chicken casserole (chicken breast, red caps, carrot, onion, tinned tom, peas, spices)
Water: 2 litres
Woke up feeling strong! Did really well at boot camp, and had a good day at work, felt tired towards the end but after some food and soccer felt good again!
Skin: Looking good
