Trying different ways to optimise life health and happiness by eating real food and bulding strength. I used to have migraines every fortnight that would put me out for days. I ate a lot of sugar in it's classic sweet form and in its filling bread/pasta form. I was always tired and weak but never overweight- so I never questioned my diet. Until someone else did. Now I barely ever get migraines, I am strong and getting stronger. I am more active than I have ever been.

Day 46: Tuesday 7th June 2011

Day 46- Shared dinner- tricky but successful
Breakfast: Sausage, scrambled egg with cream, veggie hash (brussels, broccoli, courgette, carrot)
Snack: Apple, handful of grapes, raw carrot and capsicum with spinach dip.

Lunch: Left over seed crumbed fish with peas, broccoli and spinach. 2 cubes of chocolate and a cheat muffin with coconut cream (when I got home from meeting).
Dinner: Shared dinner at a work meeting- spinach, courgette, pumpkin and beetroot salad with roast chicken. Had a slice of mystery meat (tasted like flour yuck) and a little but of sarahs stirfried rice (egg, bacon, rice, veg, oyster sauce). Two strawberries.
Water: 1 litre, green tea x2,
Reactions
Left over bloating from yesterdays dinner. Was okay the rest of the day though- got some things done- not enough! is it ever enough! I need to set more realistic goals.
Skin: My skin is weird- I have no idea what to do now- spots where I never used to get spots.
Sinus: blocked nose
Headache: none
Tummy: Bad at the start- much better after snacks :-)
