Day 45- To many cheats- or was this a fail?
Breakfast: An orange pre work out and Meatloaf and an egg post work out.
Snack: Kale chips, mackerel balls, persimmon, dark chocolate, pistachios handful. Some grapes.
Lunch: Left over roast- mmmm
Dinner: Went out to a Thai restaurant- red duck curry with coconut rice.... have no idea what was in it (lychees and duck and some terrible stuff!) It tasted awesome though.
Water: 1 litre, ginger tea x 2, 1 glass of red wine.
ReactionsFelt fine at work today- didn't have the best work out- lost intensity. Was hungry when I got home and indulged on chocolate... again :-( then had a lovely Thai dinner for a meeting but felt horribly bloated at sick afterwards :-( also bad digestion in the middle of the night. Sucked that such a yummy dish had such a bad reaction.
Sinus: blocked nose
Tummy: bad after dinner and through the night.
