Breakfast: Orange- pre workout, meatloaf and an egg- post workout
Snack: Persimmon, date, 3 tuna balls, kale chips, handful of nuts and coconut milk, square of chocolate.
Lunch: Left over lamb cutlets with a veggie mash thing- john cooked ;-).
Dinner: Baked butternut pumpkin with a sausage mexican cassorole (sausage, tomato, cauliflower, peas, carrot, spices, spinach).
Water: 1 litre,
ReactionsRocked bootcamp! full o fenergy. About half way throught the working day I was very tired. A migraine started at the end of the day in a meeting- got myself together for soccer- felt worse when I got home, ate dinner and went straight to bed. Did not sleep well at all, got an ice pack and some endone in the middle of the night and was able to sleep better.
Skin: Getting a bit better.
Sinus: blocked nose
