Breakfast: Fruit salad with cream (apple, mixed berries, orange).
Snack: Liver pate with flax seed bread
Lunch: Sausage and scrambled eggs (with spinach, capsicum and onion) with rhubarb chutney.
Dinner: Roast chicken (organic chicken with chestnut stuffing, roast potatoes, roast pumpkin, brussels, broccoli). Homemade gravy.
Dessert: Chocolate moose from the market
Water: 1 litre, a few glass of riccy, herbal tea.
Slept in :-) then had brekky and went shopping. Lazy afternoon- had a nap but fell into quite a deep sleep. Woke up and made dinner, invited a friend round to eat with us, was asleep again by 10pm and slept deeply all through the night. I have been eating and sleeping like crazy this weekend- body must need a recovery from all the sport and increased activity. I am happy to oblige!
Skin: Hard to tell...
Tummy: Bit full :-) but fine
Sinus: blocked :-( I'm going to try dairy free again next week (no cream, sour cream, cheese or moose).
